Role Overview:

We are looking for an efficient and reliable Office Administrator to join our team at our London Bridge office.

This is a part-time position initially (3 days a week), with the possibility of transitioning to full-time after 3 months.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for maintaining efficiency, and strong communication skills.

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential support, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and employees, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and clients
  • Handling mail and couriers
  • Preparing boardrooms for meetings
  • Coordinating lunches for meetings and events
  • Maintaining a clean office environment

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is £25-30k per annum, based on the job requirements and location.
