Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and be able to provide exceptional support to our clients.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and office space, greeting clients and providing personalised assistance, and coordinating with couriers and managing office restocking.
Additionally, you will be required to communicate with external suppliers to address maintenance or repair needs, including plumbing and plant care. You will also be responsible for regularly updating the staff on office-related matters, processes, and departmental objectives.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £17.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with couriers and manage office supplies
- Communicate with external suppliers to address maintenance needs
- Update staff on office-related matters and processes
Requirements:
- Experience in office management
- Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Previous experience in the high-end service industry is advantageous
