We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team in a busy and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide comprehensive office support services to our clients. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the office space, including the kitchen and meeting rooms
- Coordinate office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely restocking
- Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and external partners
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
