Company Overview: Office Angels is a leading provider of temporary office support staff. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workplace Support Specialist to join our team at a digital marketing agency in London.

About the Role: As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, including managing meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet Clients: Greet clients, provide personalised assistance, and guide them throughout the office.
  2. Meetings and Events: Organise meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for meetings.
  3. Office Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and office space.
  4. Information Hub: Be the go-to person for office-related questions.
  5. Supply Chain Management: Utilise the workplace system to monitor and restock office supplies.
  6. Logistics Management: Coordinate with couriers and manage office restocking.
  7. Maintenance Coordination: Communicate with external suppliers to address maintenance or repair needs, including plumbing and plant care.
  8. Staff Communication: Regularly update staff on office-related matters, processes, and departmental objectives.

Requirements:
