We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Casual Support Worker to join our team at Wiltshire Council. As a Casual Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

**Role Summary:**

  • Provide care and support to customers in need.
  • Work collaboratively with the Day Service team to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Salary and Benefits:**

£12.38 - £12.80 per hour (Plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts) + A range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • No fixed hours; work on an as-needed basis.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and promoting the well-being of our customers.
