The Role

We are seeking a Home Care Support Specialist to join our team in Chippenham, Wiltshire. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide personalized care and support to service users in their homes
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
  • To maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
  • To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a rota basis between 7am-10pm 365 days a year

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £25,183 - £25,992 (Plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts)
