We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Support Specialist to join our Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team at Wiltshire Council. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals across Wiltshire, helping them to stay safe and independent in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage their workload effectively. The estimated salary for this position is £25,183 - £25,992 per annum, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for training and professional development.
