About the Opportunity:

Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with customers to create personalized support plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these challenges. You will also engage with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, facilitating access to education, training, and employment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to empowering others. Experience in developing and delivering support plans, as well as working within the domestic abuse sector, is highly desirable.

You will be based from home, traveling regularly to meet with service users across various locations in Swindon. As part of this role, you will need to be proficient in using technology for creating and updating support plans, collaborating with colleagues, and completing online training.

The successful candidate will have an estimated salary of £12,480 per annum, plus benefits including 26 days' holiday, health plan, discounts, and local and national training opportunities.
