Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized support plans for customers.
  • Facilitate goal-setting and progress monitoring sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support provided.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of domestic abuse dynamics and its effects on individuals and families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Annual salary: £12,480.
  • Part-time position (20 hours) with a fixed-term contract until 01/09/2026.
  • 26 holiday days per year, health plan, and discounts on high street shopping.
