Responsibilities
Developing and implementing support plans using the Outcome Star approach
Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure customer progress and safety
Providing expert guidance on financial management, benefits, and access to education, training, and employment opportunities
Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment
