We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant at Caring@Home Ltd. As an experienced or non-experienced carer, you will engage with our clients and provide outstanding care.

The role involves various daily tasks, including personal hygiene care, meal preparation, medication assistance, light cleaning and laundry duties, night care, respite care, social calls, emotional support, and activities/outings. You will also accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation when required.

Comprehensive training and support will be provided to new and existing care staff, allowing us to accommodate your personal circumstances and enable you to maintain a work-life balance. We require staff with a driving license, own a car, and the right to work in the UK, but we can support traveling to and from work.

This is a permanent, temporary, full-time & part-time available position with a competitive pay rate of £44 per hour (uplift on certain shifts). The work schedule includes Monday to Friday, weekend availability, night calls (10pm-7am), and 8hr, 9hr, 10hr & 12hr shifts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a driving license and meet the minimum requirements listed below:
