Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to join our Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team as a Mobile Responder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to urgent situations and Telecare alerts, providing personal care, meal preparation, and other support.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Travel across Wiltshire to deliver timely and compassionate care.
Requirements:
  • Caring nature and understanding of elderly people or those with disabilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage workload effectively.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £25,183 - £25,992 per annum, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts.
  • 37 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
