As an Emergency Response Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting people across Wiltshire in staying in their homes and avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a caring nature and a genuine understanding of the needs of elderly people or those with disabilities. You will respond to urgent situations and Telecare alerts, providing personal care, meal preparation and other support to help people in an emergency.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,183 - £25,992 per annum, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts. As a member of our Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team, you will receive training and professional development opportunities, as well as support from a dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays with additional payments for unsocial hours, and travel across Wiltshire to deliver timely and compassionate care.
