Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Crisis Worker to join our client's team as an Emergency Duty Social Worker/Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct urgent child protection investigations, risk assessments, and make immediate decisions to safeguard children, including emergency care placements.
  • Collaborate closely with police, health, and other agencies to ensure a coordinated response.

Salary: Estimated annual salary range £45,000 - £55,000.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Qualified Social Work England registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in child protection or mental health.
  • Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification.
