We need an experienced and compassionate individual to join our Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team as a Mobile Responder.

Key Tasks:
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely assistance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £25,183 - £25,992 per year, plus additional payments for unsocial hours.
