We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Responder to join our Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team in Wiltshire.

In this role, you will provide urgent care and support to individuals in their homes, responding to emergencies and helping people stay safe and independent.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to urgent situations and provide personal care, meal preparation, and other support to individuals in need.
  • Travel across Wiltshire to deliver timely and compassionate care.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,183 - £25,992 per annum, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts.
