About the Role

We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team as a Senior Support Worker in Chippenham, Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising our dedicated Support Workers in delivering high-quality services to our customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have either an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent substantial experience in a related field. We welcome candidates who show an interest in pursuing a relevant qualification.

The Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,269 - £31,364 per annum, plus a £650 welcome payment upon starting and a further £650 upon successful completion of your probation (subject to tax and NI).
