Pertemps is seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Child Protection & Court Team. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, assessing and working with children and families, intervening where necessary to provide more children with help at an earlier stage. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for making full assessments of risks, protection, and social care needs, devising individual care plans, and promoting dignity and empowerment. With your creative approach, flexibility, and forward thinking, you will be able to build meaningful relationships with children and families to engage them in assessments and plans. To be successful in this role, you must have 2+ years of qualified experience, be a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, have experience working with children and families, including those from vulnerable groups, and be knowledgeable about Child Protection legislation and understanding of child protection issues.
