Job Title: Children’s Disability Team Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team, working closely together under Team Manager supervision to ensure child safety.

The role involves conducting assessments, managing Care Act reviews, delivering care management, and managing caseloads. You will also be required to visit homes, support court work, and liaise with other professionals. To succeed in this role, you must possess DipSW or equivalent qualifications, HCPC registration, a current DBS, and a car driving license. The salary for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
