As an Experienced Social Worker with the Community Led Support Team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals across Swindon Borough, undertaking Care Act Assessments and Reviews, and collaborating with health and community partners to deliver person-centred support.

The role requires a formal social work degree and registration with Social Work England. You will also participate in our Adult Practitioners' induction programme, which includes face-to-face activities and e-learning modules to help you understand our policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, ongoing personal development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
