Our Care in the Home business is expanding across Swindon

We are seeking highly motivated and proactive Support Workers who are passionate about providing care and support to our clients, enabling them to continue living independently in their own homes.

Our Clients:

We support clients with a wide range of conditions, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, and neurodegenerative diseases, as well as respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.

We take a holistic approach to care, supporting not only the individual's clinical needs but also their wider family and friends, recognising the impact that complex conditions can have on their lives.

Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role, and therefore will not be able to progress any candidates who require a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK.

What we need from you:

  • A genuine interest in providing the best possible person-centred care
  • Passion for enabling clients to exercise choice and control over their lives as far as possible
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining professional boundaries with clients and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
  • Participating in manual handling procedures as specified for the client if required
