As a Daytime Support Worker at Hartford Care Group Limited, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents during daytime hours. Your duties will include promoting resident independence, dignity, and comfort while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that addresses each individual's unique needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents during daytime hours.
  • Promote resident independence, dignity, and comfort.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
