The ideal candidate for this position will possess effective communication skills, ability to craft timely, proportionate, and person-centered assessments and reviews, and a solid understanding of current legislation and guidance related to vulnerable adults. Social Work England registration is required.
Key responsibilities include working within a multi-disciplinary team to develop a service that puts customers at the center of everything we do. You will be guided by a supervisor to ensure successful completion of tasks and meet performance targets.
