At Wiltshire Council, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our customers. As a Casual Support Worker, you'll be part of our Day Services team, supporting individuals with personal care needs, social daily living skills, and leisure or work activities.

The Day Service is a collaborative environment where we work together with customers to identify and achieve outcomes. You'll support customers in a variety of activities within the service or local community, 5 days a week.

We're looking for a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team on an as-needed basis. You'll have no fixed hours, working on an as-needed basis depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability.

As a Casual Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You'll be supported to undertake a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings to monitor progress.
