Job Summary
As a Care Support Assistant, you will be working with individuals in their homes post-hospital discharge. Your role will involve providing vital assistance to help customers achieve their goals, working closely with dedicated occupational therapists to co-develop personalised reablement plans.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and be available on a rota basis between 7am to 10pm 365 days a year. You will showcase your flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills while embracing teamwork and thriving independently.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,893 - £24,702 per annum, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts. You will also receive a £650 welcome payment upon starting and a further £650 upon successful completion of your probation (subject to tax and NI).
