Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and supervision to our care workers, ensuring that they deliver the highest standard of care to our service users.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, with a salary of £30,559 - £32,654 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have either an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent substantial experience in a related field, and will be passionate about helping others and eager to advance in the care industry.
