**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our Reablement Services team in Chippenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our dedicated Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our valued customers.

**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £29,269 - £31,364 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a £650 welcome payment and a further £650 upon successful completion of probation (subject to tax and NI).

**Job Description**

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and supervising our dedicated Support Workers
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our customers
  • Monitoring customer progress and adjusting care plans as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent substantial experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
