About the Role

As a Proposal Management Lead at Babcock International Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the development and execution of strategic proposals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proposal management strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of proposal managers, writers, and designers to deliver high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborate with directors and stakeholders to develop and execute proposal plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in proposal management.

Requirements

  • Experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
