Business Account Manager
(Hybrid/Office based)
Salary – £30,000- £40,000 with an OTE of £65,000.

Our innovative software empowers businesses to recognize the organizations that have engaged with their online presence, facilitating the conversion of these passive visitors into valuable leads. We are committed to leveraging our state-of-the-art technology to provide outstanding value to our clients. As we expand, we are in search of dedicated and client-oriented Customer Success Managers to enhance our client retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and nurturing robust client relationships across a diverse portfolio.
  • Conducting virtual meetings with key stakeholders to assess the progress of their objectives.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and addressing issues while collaborating with internal teams (Support/Product) as necessary.
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling and enhancing client contracts.
  • Negotiating contract renewals and proposals for expansion.
  • Discovering additional use cases to maximize value and regularly collaborating to formulate strategies.
  • Aiming to achieve weekly KPIs and monthly targets, both independently and collaboratively.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience engaging with senior-level executives.
  • Strategic mindset with adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confident and persistent approach.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

This position requires regular travel to the office three days a week. If you possess the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Full-Time position, Monday - Friday.
