About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Tax Client Manager to join our team at Exactitude Resourcing Limited. As a Personal Tax Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth and SME business owners, providing expert tax advice and guidance to ensure their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 250-300+ personal tax clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business
  • Work closely with the team of directors to achieve revenue growth and business development goals
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 12 months+ experience in personal tax, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
