Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, hosting online meetings to review progress and desired outcomes.
  • Identify, qualify, and provide support to resolve issues, collaborating with internal departments as needed.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals.
