About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TC Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing outbound telemarketing campaigns, appointment setting for conference calls, and maintaining prospect data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads
  • Appointment setting for conference calls with Partners and Managers
  • Maintenance of prospect data to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Generate new business leads through targeted outreach and engagement
  • Manage opportunity pipelines to ensure timely follow-up and conversion
  • General administration duties as required

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year telesales experience, excellent understanding of telephone sales techniques, and knowledge of our market and competition. You should also have excellent IT skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to engage well with contacts. Additionally, you should be charismatic, passionate, and able to establish relationships at all levels.
