Business Development Manager

V3 Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify new industries to contact, research businesses ahead of calling, and produce scripting to generate optimum results.
  • Sales: Generate new business through telephone sales activities and face-to-face meetings, forecast pipeline, and maintain existing business potential.
  • Administration: Update relevant information, utilize email function, and provide feedback to the wider team.
  • General: Keep management informed, project a professional image, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
