Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving client retention. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and resolving issues, and negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with a portfolio of customers, hosting online meetings with various stakeholders to review progress towards desired outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, qualify, and provide support and assistance to resolve issues, working with internal departments as required.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer success background.
