Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a portfolio of customers, hosting online meetings to review progress and desired outcomes.
  • Identify, qualify, and provide support to resolve issues, working with internal departments as needed.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/Account Management or Customer Success background.
  • Experience in using CRM systems.

This role requires travel to our Portsmouth Office 3 days a week. We offer a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
