About the Role

As a Proposal Management Lead at Babcock International Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the development and execution of strategic proposals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission to create a safe and secure world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proposal management strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of proposal managers, writers, and designers to deliver high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborate with directors and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic proposals.
  • Responsible for producing compliant, concise, and compelling proposal documentation.
  • Support the development and coaching of continuous improvement in proposal management and writing.

Requirements

  • Experience of line managing a department/team.
  • Strong experience of effective proposal management and proposal writing on large, complex and/or strategic bids.
  • Strong experience of Shipley proposal practices.
  • Strong ability to identify and articulate customer value.
  • Workshop facilitation skills.

Qualifications

  • Project Management qualifications.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
