Event Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales and Events to join our team and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue for the hotel's event spaces
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners
* Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our facilities to prospective clients
* Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms meet the clients' needs and the hotel's standards
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of events
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in event sales, preferably within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry
* Strong network of contacts within the events and corporate sectors
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
