Role Summary

The Design Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Design & Sales teams at Sanderson Design Group plc. This position involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication within the department.

Main Duties:

  • To coordinate and communicate information between departments, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary data to perform their tasks effectively.
  • To assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer collection sheets, visit and meeting notes, and design number spreadsheets.
  • To work closely with the archive and design team to keep customer reservations accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn new software and skills quickly.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
