Job Description:

  • Support the Design & Sales team with administration and coordination of tasks.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high standards of communication.
  • Providing the factory with necessary documentation and information for production.
  • Coordinating customer visits and meetings, including updating notes and spreadsheets.
  • Managing design number spreadsheets and allocating unique numbers.
  • Entering designs into the ERP system and working with the archive team to maintain accurate records.
  • Extracting data and monitoring Critical Path reports to ensure design-related information is up-to-date.
  • Gathering centre and legend approval from customers and overseeing the logging and storage of external documents.
  • Attending weekly design department meetings and providing design specification sheets for the quality and sales teams.
  • Raising purchase orders for the Design and Engraving departments and supporting with quotations for design-related work.
  • Monitoring screen stocks and creating design instruction packs for the engraving and sampling departments.
  • Supporting with ERP data entry and maintaining high standards of communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and adhering to health and safety requirements.

  • Prompt and efficient administrative support to the Design & Sales team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
