Senior Vendor Management Specialist

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key IT vendors and suppliers, including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and various smaller service providers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop a plan for handling upcoming contract renewals, including vendor negotiations and evaluation of contract terms. You will work closely with the procurement team and senior leadership to make informed decisions regarding vendor performance, contract renewals, and future partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with key IT vendors and suppliers.
2. Develop a strategy for handling upcoming contract renewals.
3. Identify vendors or contracts at risk and implement strategies to mitigate any potential issues.
4. Work closely with the procurement team and senior leadership to make informed decisions.
