Job Title: EMEA Benefits Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Benefits Specialist to join our team at McGregor Boyall Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration of benefits vendors across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage benefits vendor services in compliance with the bank's process requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for benefit vendor consolidation and simplify vendor contracts.
  • Review performance of key benefits contracts with the EMEA Benefits team.
  • Monthly reporting on benefits contracts and operational risk.
  • Project work as and when required to support within the team.

Requirements:

  • In-depth and hands-on experience of managing benefits in the EMEA region.
  • Broad understanding of benefits vendor management.
  • Demonstrable experience in a global/multinational organisation.
  • Experience in administering and managing plans in different countries.
