Global ICT Vendor Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global ICT Vendor Manager to join our team at Multiplex, a leading construction company. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in vendor management to contribute to shaping the future of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our IT vendors, ensuring high levels of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for IT vendor-related issues
  • Facilitating regular meetings with vendors to discuss performance and contract adherence
  • Negotiating and developing IT vendor contracts, ensuring favourable terms and alignment with business needs
  • Monitoring and managing contract compliance, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Other key aspects of the role include conducting thorough evaluations of potential vendors, collaborating with Service Delivery Management to track and analyse vendor performance, and assessing and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in vendor management, a strong understanding of IT systems, software, hardware, and services, and proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of IT vendors.

You should also have knowledge of risk management and compliance in a technology environment, and certification in vendor management such as CIPS or ITIL would be viewed favourably.

What We Offer

Multiplex offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including discretionary annual bonus, 8% company contribution pension, 25 days annual leave + holiday buy/sell options, single private medical cover, employee assistance programme, virtual GP service, and flexible work arrangements.
