We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Flutter UK & Ireland. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Job OverviewIn this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Service Team to deliver outstanding results in terms of customer satisfaction, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. A strong customer service background and sales acumen are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
You should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the Customer Service Team to deliver outstanding results
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the shopping experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns
- Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share best practices and drive sales growth
