About the Role

This Amazon Account Manager Professional position will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for our products on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for our products on the Amazon platform, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage externally with various stakeholders to drive sales growth, optimize product visibility, and develop opportunities.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • NPD Launch Support: Support NPD launches as part of the go-to-market process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and e-commerce content.
  • Product Display Management: Ensure best-in-class product display pages are maintained, inclusive of Amazon Brandstore and A+ Content.
  • Volume Forecasting: Maintain accurate customer forecasts and roll up weekly volume entries into the volume forecasting system, Xtel.
  • Financial Administration: Manage financial administration, process invoices, price queries, deductions, and audit claims.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working on Amazon or online customers.
  • A willingness to seek out further growth and development opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and leveraging strong internal and external networks.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, preferably within FMCG.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L statements.
  • Degree-educated (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel for internal and external meetings as required.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
