About the RoleThis Amazon Account Manager Professional position will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for our products on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for our products on the Amazon platform, aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage externally with various stakeholders to drive sales growth, optimize product visibility, and develop opportunities.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- NPD Launch Support: Support NPD launches as part of the go-to-market process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and e-commerce content.
- Product Display Management: Ensure best-in-class product display pages are maintained, inclusive of Amazon Brandstore and A+ Content.
- Volume Forecasting: Maintain accurate customer forecasts and roll up weekly volume entries into the volume forecasting system, Xtel.
- Financial Administration: Manage financial administration, process invoices, price queries, deductions, and audit claims.
- Prior experience working on Amazon or online customers.
- A willingness to seek out further growth and development opportunities.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and leveraging strong internal and external networks.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L statements.
- Degree-educated (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel for internal and external meetings as required.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
