Event Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to provide administrative support to our events team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing all event enquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring all event information is up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all event enquiries, responding to queries and providing information to delegates.
- Process event bookings, ensuring all delegate information is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with exhibitors to ensure all necessary documents are completed and processed.
- Assist with event preparations, including the production of badges, mail merges, and gathering of materials.
- Support the events team with administrative tasks, such as post, meeting room bookings, and minute taking.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Experience in events administration or a related field.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Hybrid working arrangement available.
Location: Didcot.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (DOE).
Job Type: Permanent.
