Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Corporate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at LAH Property Marketing. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Building Management
  • You will establish yourself as the face of the building and the go-to person for questions and queries
  • You will work closely with the off-site Building Manager to confidently report building issues and help manage to resolution
  • You will manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issue keys as required, and update the progress/maintenance log
  • You will pay particular attention to the security and cleanliness of the building
  • You will produce a weekly update report for key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using office equipment and software systems
