About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Lead to join our Transformation team at Collinson. As a Change Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of change management strategies across our programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of effective change management efforts across programme and business teams as initiatives move through the stages of scoping, design, execution, and closure.
  • Monitor change impact within the programme and drive change management activities, while proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Engage and communicate with key stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of upcoming changes within the workstream, collaborating with communications and project teams to enhance visibility across Collinson International.
  • Drive the adoption of standardised change management methodologies and tools provided by the TMO to ensure consistency and best practices across the programme.
  • Actively contribute to a Change community of practice, fostering the sharing of insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of Collinson's change management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in change management, project management, or organisational development roles, with a management consultancy background preferred.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
  • Expert knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, including frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
  • Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives across multiple business units or functions.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end change processes, including planning, executing, and sustaining change.
