Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

This role is responsible for leading organizational change management activities related to the Terminal Efficiencies Project. The successful candidate will create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance to change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies and plans, including training and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with a broad team of business representatives, Subject Matter Experts, and IT professionals to develop and implement the change management strategy.
  • Perform change impact analysis, including scope of planned change, impacted audiences, and readiness of the organization to accept change.
  • Develop targeted strategies to address the impacts of change on people, organization, process, tools, and technology, leadership, and management.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Organizational Change Management or related experience involving comprehensive change activities.
  • Demonstrated successful experience leading organizations through a transformation with initiatives and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering change management within an IT environment, Operations Technology, and Engineering Critical Business Systems.
  • Proven commitment to quality.
  • Certification in Prosci or other change management methodology would be an asset.
  • Project Management certification would be an asset.
