Sales Performance Manager

Aspion, a leading metal stockholder in the UK, is seeking a driven Sales Performance Manager to join their team in Chepstow. The ideal candidate will have a background in tele sales or lead generation.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. The successful candidate will be confident in making outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- The opportunity to work with a reputable UK leading stockholder.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate at least 1 year of proven sales experience and excellent organisational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Confidently make outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions and performance.
The successful candidate will also be entitled to an annual profit share bonus, providing a potential additional income stream.
