Sales Director/Account Executive

Thornton Gregory LTD is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong bias for action and a consultative approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining a sales process to assess, convert, and oversee the sales pipeline.
- Maintaining accurate records of forecasts and activities using Salesforce.
- Identifying new business opportunities to meet quarterly targets.
- Achieving and surpassing annual revenue objectives for new clients.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team to foster growth in strategic accounts.
- Promoting the company's platform and product offerings to potential clients through product demonstrations, industry events, and team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on challenger brands and early-stage startups.
- High-performing SDR/BDR experience, with aspirations to move into a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
- Strong skills in research, negotiation, and presentation.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
- Proficiency in consultative and solution-oriented sales.
